DEMIK, Peter Sr. Peacefully, the Lord took Peter Demik Sr. home to be with him on Saturday, September 14, 2019. A loving husband of 60 years to Lydia, the best dad ever to Peter and Selina, Lisa and Jerry, Paul and Cheryl, Lianna and Peter, and Philip and Sonya. Loved so dearly by his grandchildren, Matthew and Denise, Caitlynn and Luke, Hannah and Ben, PJ and Lisse, Quinn, Philip, Ryan, Ally, Joshua, and Nicholas. Precious Big Opa to his great-grandchildren, Amelia, Wyatt and a new baby on the way. Also dear brother to Nel Postema and Leni Demik, and brother-in-law to Audrey Vankeulen, Mary VanDelft, Amelia Demik, and Ed Weigelt. Beloved uncle to many nieces and nephews. Visitation to be held on Wednesday, September 18, 2019 at Mount Hope Community Christian Reformed Church, 3076 Homestead Drive, Mount Hope, from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. There will be a private interment on Thursday, September 19, 2019, followed by a Celebration of Life service at 11:00 a.m. at the Ancaster Christian Reformed Church, 70 Garner Road East, Ancaster.
