In loving memory of our dear mother and grandmother Marlene Lillian Browning (Lawrence) born on May 27,1942, who peacefully passed away at the age of 81 during respite at St. Peters Hospital on April 1, 2023. Marlene is survived by her children: Rhonda (John), Darren (Wendy)(Heather) and Katie, Grandchildren: Derek, Manuel (Anderson), Jennifer (Justin), Andrew, Sael (Nikole), Tennyson, Wren and great grandchildren Lochlin and Griffin, caregiver and family friend Marsha. She is predeceased by her late husband, George, Doug, mother Doris, father Horace and brother John (Eleanor). Marlene was a dedicated employee for the Effort Trust company for more than thirty years where she shared her work and life with friends and family. Marlene was a great source of comfort and pride to her family and friends and will always be remembered for her strength, generosity and sense of humour. Thanks to the staff at Ridgeview for her long-term care and special thanks to the staff at the General Hospital, 8 South, for your compassionate care. Mom, may you rest in peace in the arms of his Lord. We will love you always. Visitation will be held at Clark and Sons Funeral Home on Upper Wellington St., Ham. on Fri. Apr. 7 at 2-5pm, funeral service on Sat. Apr. 8 at 9:30, interment of ashes will follow.

My heart goes out to each and everyone of you. Family & close friends of Marlenes.
She was an amazing lady that made a huge impact on my life over 37 years. My life will be changed forever. She was such a loving person. She will stay in my heart for eternity.
