Lisa Anne Ryce (nee Bradbury)
October 18, 1964-July 12, 2026
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Lisa. She leaves
behind her devoted husband, Craig and her cherished children, Natashia, Brittany (Scott), and
Kevin. Lisa was a proud and loving grandmother to Scarlett, Jax and Brielle. It is both
heartbreaking and a blessing that Brielle entered the world during Lisa’s final journey.
Family was the centre of Lisa’s world and her greatest joy in life. She treasured every moment
spent with those she loved and was looking forward to the next chapter of her life as she
transitioned to Petawawa to be closer to her grandchildren. Whether at home or at work, Lisa’s
wonderful sense of humour, kind heart and warm smile brought laughter and comfort to
everyone around her.
Lisa is predeceased by her loving parents Margaret and Roy, and her brother Craig Bradbury.
Lisa will be lovingly remembered by her in-laws Bev and Tommy Ryce and her siblings Alison,
Robert (Cheryl) and Elaine (Mark) as well as her many nieces, nephews extended family and
dear friends.
The family would like to express their gratitude for the kindness and care shown by the nursing
staff at St. Joe’s Hospital in Hamilton as well as the nursing staff and neurological team at
London Health Sciences Centre.
Donations may be made in Lisa’s memory to London Health Sciences Foundation, Clinical
Neurosciences Program or Canadian CJD Association, research

My deepest condolences to Lisa’s family and loved ones ❤️
I feel so fortunate to have worked with Lisa at FCT over the years—first as my Team Lead, and later as a colleague in the same role. She was always such a pleasure to talk to, and we often found ourselves chatting about our families.
Lisa was incredibly knowledgeable and generous with her time, always willing to share her expertise. She was the person everyone turned to with Planning Act questions, and she never hesitated to help.
One of the things I’ll always remember is how she brought so much joy to the office, especially during the holidays. Her department was always beautifully decorated, with Halloween and Christmas being favourites. I’ll never forget all of her snowmen that brightened the season.
Lisa touched the lives of so many people through her kindness, warmth, and willingness to help others. She will be deeply missed, and I feel grateful to have known and worked alongside her.
