June 25, 1942 - August 17, 2026
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing at the age of 84. Loving mother of Robert (Donna), Sean (Tammy), Kelly, Anastasia (Rory) Trimmer. Predeceased by son Peter. Loving grandmother to Tyler, Brendan, Ally, Rose and Ethan. Loving sister to Sr. Karen Bennett and sister in law Suzanne predeceased by Vernon.
Carol was a loving aunt to many nieces and nephews. She was very outgoing towards everyone and always remembered every birthday and anniversary. She was a fan of Celtic music, and the Tiger Cats. We would like to thank the staff at Hamilton “General Hospital and her friends at 395 Mohawk Road for all the care and support. Visitation will be August 24, 2026 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 at M.A. Clark & Sons Funeral Home at 567 Upper Wellington Street. Funeral Service will be held on August 25 at St. Catherine of Siena Parish, 620 Rymal Road East. Burial to follow at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery.

Mrs. Storr was a beautiful lady. She was funny and positive and great to be around. I wish I had known her longer. Sending the family much love and prayers during this heartbreaking time.

I'm so very sorry to hear of Carol's passing. I always enjoyed my visits with her over the years, listening to her talk about her family and her community. She made sure to ask how my own family was, especially when my mom wasn't doing well. Carol will be missed by a great many people, including those of us at VON. I wish her family peace and good memories. She loved you all very much.

The world has lost a beautiful positive spirit, always smiling and kind. Aunt Carol was the knowledge of family history, she will be truly missed. I know her and dad are joking and laughing together, entertaining all of the heavens! ❤️

I never got to meet Carol personally, but knew about her because of how affectionately Sr Karen spoke of her. It’s clear to me how loved she was, and is, and I pray that she is now in her heavenly home. Eternal rest grant unto her, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon her; may her soul, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. My sincere condolences to her family, friends, and all those who cared about her.
