Jim and my father were partners in crime & the all the young men they both inspired, sponsored, and supported is a lasting testament to his legacy. 🙏 My most sincere condolences to the family. May the cherished memories bring comfort until you meet again.

The world lost a beautiful soul the day you died Jim. I’ll always remember the many moments of strumming on the guitar to our favourite songs, smiling so brightly as you met everyone, and even bigger smiles and hugs for the family members. Your laughter and beautiful smile will always be etched in my memory. Rest in peace my dear brother-in-law.

Jim was not only a family member for over 45 years, but a good friend as well...his love for music was only surpassed by his love for his wife Brenda...Jim knew the words to thousands of songs and one of his many guitars was always handy to entertain his family & friends on any & all occasions (no campfire required)...I actually became closer with Jim during his battle with this dreadful disease as he stayed with us for a number of days & nights while Brenda was in hospital...our weekly phone calls have created many, many, many fond & humorous memories for me to cherish for years to come... Jim will be deeply missed by his family & friends...RIP Brother! 🙏

Jimmy was one of the good ones. Fond memories of polar bear swims, hanging out with Jimmy and Brenda at their place listening to Jim play an Eagles song as we all sang along. Brenda, my thoughts and prayers to you and the family.

God speed Jim and my condolensces Brenda to you and your entire family. Jim taught us a lot while we "grew up" at Ford Credit. Some would suggest we're still growing up but Jim had the willingness and ability to ensure an ear was always available for advice and guidance. The musical lessons were fantisitic but the life ones were the most important. Looking forward to celebrating Jim and his life with you and the family.

My condolences to everyone who loved Jim. No one loved Jim as much as I did. He will be missed by many, not the least his children and his grandchildren.
While he dealt with the long goodbye that is Alzheimer’s Disease, right up to the end when he peacefully left us behind, I can honestly say “what the brain does not remember, the heart does not forget”.:
I will always remember you, Jim. You were the treasure of my life.
