Jennifer Anne Dentremont

With great sadness, we announce the passing of Jennifer Anne Dentremont (nee Wheeler). She passed away peacefully with her family by her side, at Extendicare Hamilton on September 27th, 2026, at the age of 71. Cherished daughter of the late George and Elizabeth Wheeler and sister to Rhoda, Janice, Louise, Julia and the late Joan. Jennifer is survived by her daughters Elizabeth, Allison (Brandon) and Erin (Ben). Predeceased by her husband Gary and her first husband Jim Boyle plus her God-daughter Amanda.

Jennifer loved nothing more than being the best Grammie to Kenyon, Evan, Benjamin, Lily, Keira and Logan. She will always be remembered by her countless nieces, especially Sarah and Amy, nephews, relatives, and friends.
Jennifer is remembered by many for her generous heart, gentle smile and the way that she made everyone around her feel loved, valued and important. Her warmth and kindness touched so many lives.

We also want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the staff of Extendicare Hamilton for their care and compassion. Special thanks to the nurses, healthcare aides, and staff in Concession. Just know that you made Mom feel welcome and loved. She was thankful to be “home” as she passed away.

A Celebration of Life will be held at M.A Clark & Sons Funeral Home, 567 Upper Wellington St Hamilton on October 24th 2026, from 12-2pm and 4-6pm. Cremation has taken place.
